SUSANNA GELLERT is a director, artistic producer, and teacher. Prior to joining Weston, she was Associate Producer and Director of the Studio at New York’s acclaimed Theatre for a New Audience (TFANA). At TFANA, she produced shows such as Shakespeare’s Pericles directed by Sir Trevor Nunn, the world premiere of Adrienne Kennedy’s He Brought Her Heart Back In A Box, Measure for Measure directed by Simon Godwin, and award winning productions of Thornton Wilder’s The Skin Of Our Teeth and An Octoroon by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins. Prior to joining TFANA, Susanna was Artistic Producer and Resident Director at Center Stage in Baltimore where she developed the theater’s ground breaking Third Space Initiative and produced My America, which commissioned monologues by Christopher Durang, Neil LaBute, Lynn Nottage, and others. Recent directing credits in New York and Baltimore include the world premiere of Mud Blue Sky by Marisa Wegrzyn, Crimes of the Heart by Beth Henley, Open the Dark Door by David Nugent, and Visiting Day by Andy Bragen. Additional directing credits include The Lacy Project by Alena Smith, You Can't Take It With You by Kaufman and Hart, John Webster’s The Duchess of Malfi, and Marat/Sade by Peter Weiss. Susanna currently teaches in the MFA Directing program at the New School and has taught at the University of Chicago, the University of Rochester, Bard College, Columbia University, and NYU. She holds degrees from Yale University, Columbia University, and the University of Chicago.

Andy is a connector of people with a penchant for helping them see value in their relationships and experiences. Over the last decade, he has been earned developing well-crafted messaging and communication strategies across a range of industries, including: digital publishing, health & wellness, and technology. As the Director of Marketing & Communications at Weston Playhouse Theatre Company, Andy enjoys the unique professional opportunity to balance his business acumen while feeding his creative spirit and passion for the theater. He has is MFA in Acting from the American Conservatory Theater (2005). Outside the office, Andy enjoys solving crossword puzzles and reading science fiction. Most of all, however, he values the time he spends with his rascally two-year-old daughter, Thea, his effervescent partner, Aly, and their aptly named dog, Chaos.

JENNA JORDAN is an arts administrator, musician, and teacher born and raised in Landgrove, Vermont. In addition to four summers on staff at Kinhaven Music School here in Weston, she taught 3rd-5th grade orchestra in the Ithaca City School District in Ithaca, NY for two years before venturing south to Florida for a Master’s degree and a career shift. While there, she worked as Assistant to the Executive Director of the Tallahassee Youth Orchestras and as a Box Office Apprentice at the Spoleto Festival USA in Charleston, SC. Jenna happily made her way back to the homeland and is now the Marketing & Communications Associate here at WPTC. She holds a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from Florida State University’s College of Music and a Bachelor’s degree in PreK-12 Music Education from Ithaca College.

Emily Kennebeck is an awarding-winning stage manager, lighting designer, and actress from Saint Louis, MO. She holds a degree in Theatre Arts Management from Benedictine College and is a graduate of the Stagecraft Institute of Las Vegas where she studied special effects and pyrotechnics. Emily’s professional theatre career has taken her all over the United States. Additionally, Emily has been fortunate enough to foster a music career that has allowed her to perform in Italy, Ireland, Northern Ireland, France, Netherlands, along with various locations in the United States.

RACHEL LIFF is an educator, director, and dramaturge originally from New Hampshire. She graduated with a degree in English and Theater Arts from Brandeis University and holds a certificate in Advanced Directing from the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center's National Theater Institute. Rachel first joined the Weston Playhouse staff as the Education/Administration Intern in 2017 before serving as the Weston Fellow and Artistic and Administrative Assistant. She has taught classes in acting, script analysis, Shakespeare, and musical theater for students from kindergarten to high school. Through her work, she aims to help students build confidence, cultivate empathy, and engage in critical thinking.

Emily Schriebl Scott, a Londonderry native, is thrilled to be back home in Weston working with this dynamic team and the extended Weston Playhouse Theatre community. Emily brings to the position a lifelong dedication to the arts that includes a dance performance background, extensive dance and movement teaching experience, and decades of non-profit and creative small business leadership. In the non-profit realm, Emily directed the efforts of CREATE!, a Brooklyn based organization that developed long term partnerships between NYC’s world-class artists and its public school educators that served to guide and inspire thousands of children each year. In recent years, Emily has worked on the business side of DESU DESIGN, a high-end design and manufacturing outfit that produces and distributes elegant and innovative products for the home. After 25 years in NYC, Emily recently returned to the mountains with her husband Dave, and their two children Ryder and Liv.

Born and bred in Worcester, Massachusetts, Nathaniel comes to Weston Playhouse from TROIKA Entertainment, a theatrical touring company based in Maryland. At TROIKA, Nathaniel managed fourteen projects, most notably: Cats, The Phantom of the Opera, School of Rock, and On Your Feet!. The beginning of his career included several years at a variety of organizations around the Northeast. He began his career at the Williamstown Theatre Festival as a Company Management intern. Shortly after, he spent a year at Hartford Stage as the Company and Production Management Apprentice. After his time in Hartford, Nathaniel spent a year in Upstate New York working at the Glimmerglass Festival and Geva Theatre Center before joining the TROIKA Production Management team.
